The Seattle Seahawks defeated the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night to end the Chiefs' winning streak for the 2026 season.

Patrick Mahomes threw for 165 yards and recorded a season low of six fantasy points. He has topped 250 passing yards only once in his last four games and has not thrown a touchdown in his past two outings. The Chiefs' receiving corps struggled to generate yardage. With Rashee Rice out with a strained right hamstring and Tyquan Thornton on injured reserve, the team's other receivers combined for six receptions and 39 yards. General Manager Brett Veach faces questions about the receiving corps ahead of the November 10 trade deadline.

Sam Darnold completed 20 of 28 passes for 257 yards and a touchdown for Seattle. He was intercepted eight times over the previous five games, including a turnover in the final seconds of the first half. Jaxon Smith-Njigba led the NFL with 867 receiving yards and eight touchdowns. He became the first player in the Super Bowl era to reach at least 850 yards and eight scores in a team's first seven games. His 129 first-half yards were a career high and the most for a Seahawk in a single half since 2020.

The Minnesota Vikings remained undefeated while the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the Carolina Panthers. Baker Mayfield returned to the field for the Bucs in the win. The Detroit Lions held the Green Bay Packers to 17 points. Detroit's defense forced a turnover and limited Green Bay to five completions on 15 third-down attempts. The Packers finished 1-2 against NFC North opponents. Running back Josh Jacobs made his season debut, rushing for 36 yards and catching five passes for 55 yards and a touchdown.

The Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the New Orleans Saints in the NFL's first game played in France. Jaylen Warren rushed for 101 yards on 18 carries. The Denver Broncos beat the Arizona Cardinals in a game where the Cardinals managed only one touchdown in their past two contests. The Los Angeles Rams won without wide receiver Davante Adams, who is out for five to nine weeks with a hamstring injury. Puka Nacua and tight ends carried the offensive load. The Cleveland Browns, Miami Dolphins, and New York Jets also played in the Week 7 slate.

The Seahawks host the Chicago Bears on November 2. The Chiefs travel to Denver on Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET. The Lions face the Vikings on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET. The Packers play the Panthers on Thursday at 8:15 p.m. ET. The Rams host the Chargers on Sunday at 4:05 p.m. ET.
